Getting Organized
I just had to sum up they I managed to get organized. For years I stumbled along through my projects and tried to keep myself organized and the projects on track. Sometimes it worked, but most of the times it simply sucked. All the available tools where at one time in my hands and I tried to put them into use and get my stuff done with their help.
What should I say, nothing helped.
So after my latest and also biggest Fuckup I had to pull myself out of the dirt and this time I found a solution.
The solution actually consists of two easy parts
1) I write down everything
2) I keep a tasklist. In some way similar to those very hip GTD lists, but for me it had to be simpler. And what should I say. It works. I keep a list in a word document and on paper that konsists of two parts. Stuff that is on my desk described with some keywords or even a full sentence and naturally a deadline. And stuff where I wait for somebody else, or that has to be done in the future. That is it!
